That's really odd, because the day the expansion got released, even though I didnt buy heavensward, I got to download a patch and it downloaded perfectly, and when I got Heavensward, it downloads really slow and gives me the same message "Unable to download Patch Files [][]", I contacted my ISP and they didn't find any problems, I mean my internet is fine and i can download patches.
